What metals do you work with?
We fabricate mild steel, structural steel, stainless steel (304 and 316 grades), aluminium (various alloys including 5052 and 6061), brass and copper. If your project involves a specialist alloy, get in touch and we will advise on feasibility.
Do you handle design and engineering drawings?
Yes. Our in-house team can produce workshop drawings and 3D models from architectural plans or concept sketches. For certified structural engineering, we partner with accredited engineers and can coordinate the process on your behalf.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on complexity and current workshop load. Small custom jobs may be completed within five to seven business days, while larger structural projects typically run four to eight weeks from approved drawings to delivery.
Can you deliver and install on-site?
We offer delivery across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and wider South-East Queensland. Installation services are available for structural steelwork, balustrades, handrails and commercial kitchen fit-outs. Contact us for a site-specific quote.
What welding certifications do you hold?
Our welders are certified to AS/NZS 1554.1 (structural steel welding) and AS/NZS 1554.6 (stainless steel). We maintain ongoing compliance through regular audits and skills assessments.
Do you offer powder coating as a standalone service?
Absolutely. You can bring in your own parts for powder coating without using our fabrication services. We handle single items through to large batch runs in a wide range of RAL and custom colours.
