Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026

Because the majority of our work involves custom-fabricated goods produced to client-supplied specifications, standard retail return policies do not apply. This page outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements or refunds may be considered.

Custom-Fabricated Goods

Items fabricated to your specific drawings, dimensions or design are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind or no longer require them. Before fabrication begins, we provide drawings or descriptions for your approval. Once you approve the production, the order is considered final.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

If goods arrive with a manufacturing defect — such as incorrect dimensions, weld failures, material flaws or a finish that does not match the agreed specification — you must notify us in writing within seven (7) business days of delivery or collection. We will inspect the goods (on-site or at our workshop) and, at our discretion:

  • Repair or rectify the defect at no additional cost.
  • Re-fabricate and replace the item.
  • Issue a partial or full refund for the defective component.

Defects arising from improper handling, storage, installation or use after delivery are not covered.

Damage During Delivery

If goods are damaged during delivery by our vehicle, we will repair or replace the affected items at no cost. If you arrange your own transport and goods are damaged in transit, the claim should be directed to your freight carrier. We recommend photographing items at the point of collection.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before materials have been ordered and fabrication has commenced. Once material has been purchased or cutting/welding has started, cancellation fees will apply to cover incurred costs. The specific amount depends on the stage of production and will be communicated transparently.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. If payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be returned to the originating account.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to remedies as prescribed by law, regardless of this policy.
